Hi All,
Anybody had any luck on running the actual programme D3 on any other location other than the resident memory.
I know the maps can be installed into other locations, but sadly not the exe files.
There's got to be a registry modification to allow this app to run somewhere else as these files consume huge amounts of valuable memory away from the memory side of the ppc.
I have e-mailed support at D3, but no reply as of yet.

I actually managed to run the EXE files from storage card. But this is not an easy task. Destinator will start the EXE from storage but will still look for itself (!?!) in main memory. Luckily it only verifies that the file name is present. So what I did was to create a shortcut to the EXE in the main memory, moved the EXE to storage card, and then renamed the shortcut from Destinator.lnk to Destinator.EXE _________________ Lutz

Lutz.
Thanks for that, i now have 1.5mb more free space on my PPC. :D
I attempted to shortcut the rest of the files but the shortcuts only seem to work on the executables.
I noticed on the 2003SE Patch for D3 that they mention V3.075 however it does'nt seem to be listed on the Web site only V3.065, any ideas? is this the next incarnation of D3.
