Thanks for the help
We have two models, but both are smaller screens.
GO 300. Go 510

Thanks also for the shortcut to the creator. :D

Will use it if my efforts are not what I had hoped them to be.

Need help with adding a second image to my splash screen picture. Confused

I have got as far as making the normal splash screen with just the one image.
But I want to add the tomtom logo, or maybe another image to the picture as well.

I have photoshop 7, but I can't seem to find the tools needed to add these extras to the picture. Maybe it's because I don't know where to start with it.

Any help plz?

A simple guide for an idiot would be great. Wink

Hi.

All you have to do is size up the other logo/image in you image editing application and then copy and paste on top of the Splash Screen image...you should be able to move the image about on top of the splash screen image to position it.

If you need any further help let me know.

Martin

The original, out of the box, will have a Splash Screen that will be built into the programme.

The bmp goes into the Root of the SD Card. You will see the system files at the same level.;)

It could be that it never has had a 3rd party Splash Screen.

Just put it into the Root of the SD Card.;) It will find it.

Here's a simple black screen I made based on the new TomTom logo:
(for widescreen models)
