Hi Jolly,
I'll try to help...
In the Com Manager, select settings (the right hand bottom menu button) and choose bluetooth settings. You now get 3 tabs. Select the middle tab 'devices' and hold the stylus on the holux BT name (it should be there) and select edit. Ensure that the Serial Port option box is ticked. Then save. Now go to the 3rd tab 'com manager'. Is your Holux BT listed here*, it should be and it will have a com port next to it, normally (COM6). Hold the stylus on it and choose edit. Unselect the box 'secure connection'.
*If it is not listed then select new outgoing port and select the Holux. Unselect the box 'secure connection'.
Now try tomtom again using com 6 (or whatever com was listed in the 'com manager' tab). Give it 30 seconds or so just in case it's a little slow getting started for any reason.
If you still have problems, it may be worth deleting the existing pairing with the Holux and starting again with a new partnership.
Try this and let me know how you get on... |

com9
infrared port
com3
com 0
com 2
serial port
and i tried to configure it on all of them one by one and waited for more than 30 seconds but still have the same messege 'no gps device'
please help me out i am stuck. sorry for that bothering you again and again. hope you understand |

When your configuring/trying your GPS are you looking at the screen with the strength bars on it. On any of the Com settings, does the little yellow and black icon in the top right hand corner turn around? |

and there is no icon of gps under setting of phone. |

What is the incoming port (Com 7) for? Can you delete it?
What about the yellow and black icon turning? |

It may help to activate the GPS icon in the settings, it involves a registry hack, have you ever tweaked a PPC registry?
The tweak can be found here (scroll down to add GPS setting)

If you did this I could tell you what settings I use... |

goto access tab and tick the box manage gps automatically
goto hardware tab and select GPS hardware port as Com6
and the baud rate as 4800
goto the programs tab and select the GPS program port as Com8
Exit and do a soft reset
Now retry Tomtom on both Com6 and Com8 |
