I have not found a product code to enter yet though... so maybe that is the problem. I haven't researched if most units have a promotion code when you get them. |
Are you sure?? Click on Tools at the top of the HOME page and scroll down to latest map guarantee. It should then tell you if you have the latest map, if you're out of time, or offer you a new map. It won't offer to sell you a map or regular updates.

Well today it is saying "Your device already has the latest map Currently there is no newer map available for your device"
When I check my map version it says "Map: 'North_America_2GB' V710.1584 Language English US"
That doesn't seem to be the latest map....

Log a call with TT if the device is under 30 days old.
They will want a scan of your purchase receipt and probably serial number and device code before they give you the new map. |
