Hi Schouten,
On the size of icons, I tend to use 24x24 which is the Size TomTom used to use before they stopped showing icons on their SatNav products.
I think think that the Garmin builtin icons are about 62x62. I’ve created icons of that size and they work well, if not a little large, on my Garmin 770.
Regards,
Just spotted this ..... Garmin default icons are 22x22 but 44x44 work better for the 5" units.
I'm finding the 44's a bit too small on the 6" units though so 62x62 is a good call if they work.
Wonder if there is a utility to upsize them without having to do a manual job that will take ages. _________________ DashCam:

Thanks for your replies. I did resolve this eventually though I can't remember how! 44x44 work ok, except now I don't get the Specs icons showing at all just the notification on the banner and the occasional bong.
I've tried specs at 22x22 and 44x44 but without luck. I doubt it's an icon problem and must be the relationship between the spec and spec_20 files. But I can't see the problem, the file contents are identical as the spec_20 is simply a rename of the spec. All others files work and display fine and are complied in the same way.

Thanks, yes full filename is identical, contents look the same as its just a "save as" for the _20 file. Strange that the other ones (Gat, Red etc) work fine.
I have a MAC with no Excel but use an open source Excel "lookalike" (LibreOffice Calc) so unfortunately your converter isn't an option.
