HELP NEEDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi

I currently have TomTom Navigator 5 (wired) and am running it on a iPaq 3850. It's v v v slow and keeps crashing.

I only use the iPaq for TomTom and I also want to buy a portable movie player. Is there anyway I can combine the two?? Or do I have to buy a new iPaq that will run TomTom and allow me watch movies on it?

Please help, new to all this.

Check the following in TomTom, Change Preferences/ Manage POI enable/ disable POI, while in this screen de-select ALL the POI's that are selected, to get speed camera warnings go to the Change Preferences/ Manage POI/ Warn When Near POI and set them up this way, see if your device is more responsive - Mike

You still can use both. Provided. You have enough memory to run yur applications such as Tomtom/movie player. Rule of thumb is keep minimum 10meg for program and 5meg for storage. I am using the same for both purpose. It's been good so far. Any unwanted programmes installed in main memory just remove it. Have fun tomtommin.
