I would just like to say how efficient this supplier is. I ordered the wrong docking station for my Mitac Mio 168 (Medion MD PPC150).

As soon as it arrived, I noticed the error and rang their support line. On their advice I returned the wrong kit, and ordered the correct part from thier web shop.

The right one arrived 48 hours later, and the refund for the first one was in my bank the same day (Including the postage charge !!)

Well done - excellent customer service. :D

Ordered two of the same and they arrived within 48 hours. Only charged £1.50 for postage as well. Thumbs up :D

mac, you left a message on a forum with a part number for the mitac mio 168 cradle. was this the correct code or was it the item you ordered by mistake. ive just ordered one as you recommended it and not sure now if ive ordered the right one.
