Hello all,
Just taken TT2 for it's first proper drive today (600 Miles)
When ever the safety screen is on it constantly loses my position (about 15 times a minute) even though I had a constant lock on 8+ sats. Has anyone else noticed this?
The only other problem I've had so far is the dire address searching speed compared to TT1.
Cheers

Sorry forgot to add that this problem was in the safety screen only. It did not effect 2D or 3D maps.

Are you running on an Ipaq 3950/3970 and have you done a Rom upgrade. I have a 3950 and took my ROM to 1.11 which affected the performance of my SD card which is where the maps are installed, I had exactly the same problem. I reverted back to my original ROM and the navigation fuction worked OK

I did go to 2.10 for about 2 minutes until i realised it shagged up the SD access so I'm back to 2.00 now.

Safety screen is a bigger distraction than the bloody map, flicks on and off, loses position? Drops off the edge of a cliff more like, cannot lock me in on the M40. Two soft resets later still no joy. TT2 also seems to think that the M25 from the M4 to the Weybridge junction is in Fulmer, South Bucks. All this discovered on it's first road test - fantastic.
