Rikaline 6021 - x6 HELP

I now have a Rikaline 6021 - x 6 CF receiver. I have set it to NMEA 0183v2 4800 and Rikaline____CF HS GPS and checked the box in TT3.

When I look at the status screen, the dots between the satelite and the TT logo are continually scrolling but I am not getting a signal.

My questions are: -

1. The LED in the top right of the receiver is not on, should it be?
2. If the line is scrolling does this mean the receiver is working?
3. Are my settings correct?

1) Yes it should
2) The dots scrolling and the seconds ticking by normally indicate it is working !! so I dont know why your is not
3) Your settings are correct

double check that the Tick is showing in the big blue box to the left of the GPS type selector !! (I know you said you already did this but just double check)

also make sure the slider immediately underneath is all the way up, ie it is showing the red tom tom hands not a ZZZ
