My battery life improved over time - started about 8 hours, now it will go for about 12 !
I would like to know where I can get a spare battery from though - have you took your battery out yet Ampi ?
If so, please post a photo and any reference numbers or other information on the battery itself. - maybe there is an alternative that will do the job.
The globalsat 308 is also being sold/rebadged by Dell and Rayming. _________________ Garmin Edge 800 (cycling)

I opened my BT308 and looked at the battery. It is approx 50*33*7 mm and wire hanging along the side (approx 75 mm) with a small white connector. On the site above there surely must be batteries that fit - they look VERY similar to the one in my GPS...
Too bad they dont display the physical size of the battery in the site...
Good Luck
