Hi, can anybody tell me if Live Services are still available for GO Live1005 with serial number starting with ST? I can't get a straight answer from TomTom website. |

I have a TT 1005 Live which starts ST on the serial number.
The live services work for me. |

Yes, my Live Services are still active but I was trying to renew for another year. The website shows Live Services are around £24 for a year or £4.50 a month. I clicked for a year and then scrolled to the bottom to see compatible devices, but nothing is showing. I tried phoning but it's an automated answer machine thingy with no option to speak to a real person. I also tried "extend" on the device and it has added 14 days to my current subscription and sent an email to me to pay; but that's £49.95 and it says it is for "Fiat"! Confusion is not the word. |

TomTom Go mobile app year subscription is only £12.99
You don't even need to buy a Fiat
Does the GO1005 have PGPSW camera alerts, otherwise not worth it? _________________ GO 620, Tomtom Android EU,

I want the live services for the traffic alerts; not interested in speed cameras. I have PGPSW camera alerts installed. |

So, I paid the invoice TomTom sent to me via email and then connected my device to computer, it says everything is up to date; however on the device is added TomTom speed cameras which I'm not really interested in, but no traffic info, which is what I want. Checking back on TT website I see now that traffic live services are available without the camera alerts and weather. I should have just bought that, much cheaper. Any suggestions how to get traffic alerts working? |
