Message: Have downloaded the most recent speed cameras files from you. Problem is when I connect my tomtom to my laptop (Windows 10) File Explorer doesn't see the tomtom as a drive to open it up and paste the pocket world database into the appropriate maps. I tried switching wifi off on the tomtom to see if that was blocking the computer access but that didn't help. I would appreciate your advice |

Shame you didn't ask before buying the TT. Still, I suppose if you are used to it working and don't frequent the forum, it would be reasonable to assume it would continue to work. Bad assumption. |

The new "improved" GO520 is, sadly, not as good as the old "even better" GO520 was (and still is for me - I have the old better one).
TomTom's imagination has apparently run out of names/numbers for new models. Like the Ford Cortina, only at least Ford had the intelligence to add Mk2 and Mk3. _________________ Dennis
