I've got a new phone and installed Camera Alert. Do I need to de-link my account from my old phone, and if so, how?
Thanks, Anders. |

If you click the Support Tab at the top of the page, you can fill in the form and explain what you want to do.
If you have already linked your new phone to your account, you might have to do it again (I'm not sure how clever the behind-the-scenes technology is). _________________ Richard

It would be easier to simply uninstall it from your old phone, and if it's Android clear cache & data before you do so. If you're getting rid of the phone or giving it to someone else to use, it would be sensible to do a factory reset anyway, which will uninstall everything in the process. _________________ Galaxy Note 4 / TomTom GO : CamerAlert : CoPilot |

Ok, thanks. So there's no "de-link" option that I'm missing somewhere. I will be hard-setting the phone, just wanted to check before I do so. |

Do what Oldboy says. That will clear one device off your permitted three so you won't run into the 'Too many devices' message in the future. |
