I have a NavMan PiN 570 pocket PC (Windows Mobile V4.20) running MioMap Digiwalker version V3.2 with all of Europe mapping. I have never updated the speed camera database and need to know if I should download the NavMan or the MioMap data. Very happy with PiN 570 as it runs MemoryMap aswell.
This is my first post so hope I've done it right and posted in the right place. Apologies if not.
I'm Grateful for any advice. |

This is as good a place as any. It's got you a reply within 10 mins
You need to download the MioMap CE (Mio 3.x .MTC) file from Here

Wow! Thanks for that M8TJT. Didn't expect a reply so quickly. I'll give it a go after I've studied the download instructions. |

Hi M8TJ. The file that you recommended loaded and works fine.
I didn't need the "MIO Transfer Hack.exe" file either as my MIO maps and software are all on SD card, so just a matter of putting the SD card into the card reader, deleting the existing 2 files in the - miomap\miotc\pois - folder and dragging & dropping the new .mtc file into that folder.
Popped the SD card back into the PiN 570 and Hey Presto. I'm now up and running with the latest speedcam database.
Thanks for your help. It’s very much appreciated. |
