I find that the POI files from the database here are too small to be seen on the iPhone 4 screen. Probably my old eyes!
Trying to make the original bmp files 24 bit, doubled in size to 44x44 and png makes them blurred although now large enough to see.
Anyone know where I can get some larger bmp POI files to pay around with? Or is there a program I can use that resize them without distortion?
Mike kindly sent me the speed camera png files resized that are fine.
Thanks

I'm afraid those 44x44 camera icons are not "resized" they have actually been re-drawn by hand, because all that happens if you scale them up in a paint program is you get each pixel repeated, making it very blocky.
I think you'll have to do some PC artwork yourself if you want lots of large icons. |

There is (was) a program called Sizefixer by fixerlabs.com that supposedly claims to resizes images without any loss if this helps, cannot confirm whether it works or not. _________________ Moto G5s Plus, Sygic 17.4.8 |

Thanks, will have a look at this. Although I am surprised how the other ones I made show up. Can be seen reasonably clearly. Perhaps it's the iPhone 4 Retina display.
