Cheers & thanks,

The RNS510 in my 3 year old Golf Mk V does, so I imagine the latest version does too. _________________ Kam |

Hi there,
Thanks for responding, I've got to order the car within the next few days for delivery in September/October. I want to be sure that the RNS 510 actually has the facilty to constantly update the traffic situation whatever the cause.
The Volkswagen website does not say whether the RNS 510 can update traffic delays or even display them.
Cheers, and thanks,
Alan. |

Have you had a look Here? It has an RDS TMC traffic screen, so presumably it will probably have some method of showing the RDS TMC traffic on the map screen. |

The system works very well. It gives you audible warning of traffic delays, with icons on the screen, and asks whether you would like to be rerouted if it calculates that this could save you time. _________________ Kam |
