Do you have a GPS fix Andy, Mike has noticed that with Nav9 it sometimes doesn't connect unless you have. |
Tried that.... Good GPS fix, but still getting the "something wrong with your SIM card" message. |

My version of 8.419 is the TTS version, but that won't affect LIVE Services as there are only two additional files for the TTS support, plus the TTS voice. |

Which points to a completely different problem.
If you are still running Nav9 on the XL LIVE or the x40, have you tried rolling one of them back to Nav8, doing a hard and soft reset and running a few clearflashes to see if you get the same error? |

Rolled back to the previous version I had on a backup. Now network page had NO details in any boxes and the SIM seemed totally switched off (couldn't here the biddly, biddly interference I normally get through the PC speakers)
Did a forced reinstall of the latest released software using Home and got the Network and card details back, seems to be working..... |

Whenever I have rolled back (full format and reload from scratch) from Nav9 to Nav8 all kinds of odd things have been happening with LIVE Services until I ran clearflash a few times and did hard and soft resets. |

And for some reason the LIVE Servers are falling over again in the UK again. |
