Is there such a thing? I don't know of any sound files for any of the camera databases except for the UK and Europe.
Can you say where you've seen it?
I'm not sure if voice alerts work on the iGo either....
As M8TJT said after sorting out your camera problems in your other topic

I don't think Igo have ever done voice warnings for speedcams . |

Speed cam voice alerts do not come with a standard IGO installation. You have to load and enable a skin (Display interface) that supports them and the voice files themselves. Try Googling for IGO 1006 skins. Installing them is a bit more difficult than the PGPSW database. I know what your problem is, you are fed up with the 'turkey gobble' alert. The default sound mentioned abov is 'Alert5' which you could edit or load a different sound as Alert5 to quieten it down a bit.
Dont forget to make a full Windows backup of your device or SD card before you start. |

Not quite certain what you mean by 'Aus/Nz consolidated sound file'
and also snowyjp wrote: | I have got all the voice files in wav format they are in the uk locations |
It is not possible to just put the voice files on the IGO and have it work. You also HAVE to put a 'Skin' that supports voice files onto it as well to use them. I suspect that you will need someone who is realy a PC black belt to help you do this. |

It is probable that the skin that you have tried is not for IGO 2006. I believe that linknet's Ultra skin is for the latest versions of IGO. It won't work with IGO 2006. You need a skin that has been designed for 2006. Try Googling for igo 2006 skins, but I don't think it will be easy to find one, unless linknet is lurking and knows the answer. Linknet's latest skin for IGO 8.3 does not support voice alerts anyway. |

As I said before, I am not familliar with 2006, but in IGO8 there is a menu item Menu ~ Settings ~ {More. Right arrow} ~ Menu ~ Skin. From where you can select the skin. If not then I hope that a 2006 expert will junp in and suggest a way of doing it. |
