using voice files with Kenwood dnx5220

Hi Guys,

I have a Kenwood dnx5220 and have successfully downloaded the camera database and is working fine. However I would like to use the voice files to warn of the cameras. Can it be done easily? I note most files are OGG and on the Garmin you use CSV files. Have tried converting to WAV files but no luck there either, POI loader states cannot find csv files. Have searched the forums but ended up confused!! Embarassed

Hi and welcome.

On the downlaod page if you click on the Garmin logo it takes you to the mp3 version of the Voice Alert files which are for Garmins.

There are a few threads on this already, but basically, the Kenwood models don't support the Custom Voice Files.
