I have until now been using Fugawi UK OS maps on my pocketpc PDA GPS.
I have just bought a Samsung Omnia windows mobile smartphone and can't find a way to get OS maps for windows mobile. The Fugawi maps aren't compatible with windows. The maps that come with the updated Fugawi Global Navigator 4.5 are much lower quality than OS. And Pathaway is not compatible with the Fugawi OS maps.
Other software that I can find that uses UK OS maps like viewranger is only compatible with Symbian.

Hi,
Presumably you mean that Fugawi won't run on Windows Mobile 6. This may be the case as I believe they are no longer supporting it for PPCs. Personally, I abandoned Fugawi on my PPCs because of the hassle cutting the maps to less than the licensed size (1600 sq km) and the lack of support for the OSGB grid.
However, for OS mapping on WM6 you still have the choice of at least Memory Map, Anquet and Quo which you'll find discussed in the relevant sections on the forum.

Check with the supplier of the software prior to purchase though as that phone has an unusual screen resolution which might give problems displaying the map correctly.
I would start with Quo as you can download the trial version for free - Mike
