Not long ago, mine managed to switch itself on and redial the last phone call I'd made just from jiggling around in my pocket - yes, I know that sounds improbable, but it actually happened and I found myself being greeted by my latest customer from inside the depths of my clothing. Scary!!

Even more scary, they could hear what you were doing. Shocked

What were you doing at the time, Dennis? Embarassed

My 720 was restarting after an update to v8.010. I was removing the USB cable before switching the unit off. After doing a chkdsk I tried connecting to the computer then switching the unit off before removing the cable. It seems to have worked, so far!

I've just discovered that my TTG720 has switched itself on and it's quite warm to the touch as well since the upgrade to v.8010! Shocked

I'm quite worried in case it self-combusts!

I finally seem to have sorted the problem out. I removed application and then reloaded via tt home, first update was 7.48 then after a second connection 8.010 was installed. All seems ok now
