I would like to add the feeds of this forum to my Windows Live Mail but when you right click the feeds icon it doesn't come up with a proper .xml or .rss extension.
Is there a direct link someone can post so i can manually enter it into my feed reader in WLM or suggest another workaround. |

I have never quite understood this but the RSS links do not seem to conform to the usual standards.
I never used WLM, but if I click a RSS link here (which opens a new page with an error) I can copy the address from the browser address bar, into my stand alone reader (FeedReader) and everything works fine.
This may work for you. |

I tried copying the address in the address bar also but that did not work either. WLM is a standard .rss reader just like any other, I just need a valid link to the feed that usually ends in .rss or .xml
For some reason the feeds here are not coded properly or something. Hopefully a mod or someone who has gotten it to work can chime in with a solution. |

There are standards and there are standards! I have an .RSS News reader here that works fine, I don't use Windows and so can't comment on what is or isn't wrong but will ask our Web bod to look at it. _________________ Darren Griffin |

I watch 12 sections, let me know if you would like the OPML. But I have no problems at all pasting as described into file/new/feed in v3.12. |
