Hi,
I'm looking to buy a PDA with Windows, GPS and WiFi - preferrably with europe maps installed. I'm totally new to this so bear with me.
Anything extra than the above I'm not that interesting in (such as mobile phone, bluetooth etc ) as it tends to drive the price up.
Any recommendations?
Thanks |

I've had a look at the iPAQ 614 - which is £270 with £50 cashback. But the iPaq 314 is 140 ish - if that had Wifi it would be fine - seems a shame to spend another 100 ish just for Wifi. |

As replied to your other post, Have a look at the Asus a696,includes wifi, bluetooth, irda and integral sirf3 gps reciever, also upto 16gb SD card, about £185.00 excellent value and runs win 6 so should run most software. _________________ Moto G5s Plus, Sygic 17.4.8 |

The 314 can run WiFi. But it is NOT a Pocket PC, and NOT really a consumer device. see my review. _________________ Lutz

Thanks for your replies.
The Asus 696 looks just what I am looking for. There doesn't seem to be many places selling it though. Alternatively I could go with the MIO 560, but it is more expensive than the Asus.
Do they still make the Asus 696? |

It is a new model, Not long out, Most of the companies selling it seem to run out of stock quickly,I bought mine from Expansys on normal Delivery of 2 days, also supergps sells them but out of stock when i bought mine, They are beung sold with various configerations, although i bought mine bare, I am very impressed with mine, but still have to really put thru its paces, _________________ Moto G5s Plus, Sygic 17.4.8 |
