touchscreen problem

tom tom one classic boots up fine shows map good gps signal but when i tap screen to access menu will not move to done pin reset but get same thing anyone help......

Does it respond at all? Do you have a screen protector installed and can you check there is no dirt around where the screen meets the case itself?
