|
|
Hi,
I have recently updated my ONE device to v7. And got v7 map.
I have placed POI's in the new map folder, but when I try to turn on alerts for them, they are not visible; only categories show.
The files are definitely there, and it only seems to affect my v7 map - my old v6 Western Europe one still shows them.
Does anyone know how to get this sorted?
Thanks |

How many POI files have you added to the map? and can you confirm you have gone to Change Preferences/ Manage Maps/ switch map and selected the new map from the presented listed - Mike |

With the device connected to the PC can you confirm that when you look at the contents of the map folder that the ov2 and bmp files are present if using Windows Explorer?
Also can you tell me the names of the POI files that are giving you the problems - Mike |
