ok ty, also i live in northern ireland but as far as im aware traffic is not available in NI. Now i want to use it abraod in belgium. Tomtom conects to the plus service BUT when i update the traffic (in northern ireland) it has the X which means it cant update.
When i go abroad will this service work? is the X just cause its not available in NI? |

The X suggest no connection, are you subscribed etc? _________________ Darren Griffin |

It would still poll for traffic updates in England, Wales, Scotland even if NI isn't supported. The 'X' suggest no connection, what device do you have? _________________ Darren Griffin |

And do you have Internet access on it? Who is your Service Provider and are you Contract or PAYG?
You must have GPRS Internet Access enabled to access Traffic, GPRS WAP or walled garden services (Three) will not work. _________________ Darren Griffin |

It won't work! O2 only offer GPRS Internet on their Contract accounts. I understand Orange offer it on PAYG but as it stands you won't be able to access Traffic. _________________ Darren Griffin |
