North Amaerica Map software for ICN 550

Hi,

Does anyone know if Navman actually make map software for the North Americas? I have been looking on their site for months and there doesn't seem to be anything available for the ICN 550.

The map software only seems to be available for the 510/520.

This module used to be top of the range, but does not seem to get the support to reflect this.

Has anyone else found this?

The way it's come and gone, with little support for updates and maps, I think the 550 must have been a stop-gap response to the Tomtom, as at the time Navman had no real time traffic module. They now have the new range that looks to me to be engineered into the product stratagy, rather than the after thought look and feel of the 550 traffic.

Looks like I need to start saving for the 700 series then. You never know, I might win the competion on this site!!

I got a 530 and I e-mailed Navman about USA Maps. They replied within 3 hours with the news that they will be available from mid to late September.
