Hi I thinks this will have been asked before but I could not find reply, sorry
On my Go 910 When I pass two poi, with voice alerts the same ie Specs set at 6omph. I do not get a voice warning for the second or third camera. After the unit give me directions ect it is ok again. It just does not like giving the same warning twice in a row. Is this a fault other users experience and can it be over come.
Thanks and sorry for double posting!

It's a bug in the 910 software.
Hopefully it's fixed in the later versions.. 910 is still stuck on 6.110 so there must be an update due soon. |

A simple fix to this problem is double up your warnings as it affects ALL camera types, rename each of the camera files (ov2 and bmp) simply add a 1_ to the start of the file names then re-insatall the original files (the idea here is to have two full sets of each camera file loaded to the device), then configure all the warnings, use the minimum distance for the new second set (100 Yards).
For the actual warning sound I use the _ symbol, but you could issue a second audio prompt.
The effect of a second prompt seems to reset the device so the next warning works fine, quite a few members of the site are reporting back this method works - Mike |
