Hi Iv'e just discovered this site and......

I have only just updated from v 2.3 to 2.7 and have since lost all speed restriction icons ( ones in red circles ). on my i3

Also I have never been able to customise the distance you get a warning bell before the speed camera. I'd like to hear a warning about 100 ft from the camera... ive typed in 100 feet as custom settings on the manual poi loader csv files but i still get a warning about 2000 feet or whatever from the camera (which for me is too soon) it never seems to change from the default settings.

CAN ANYONE HELP
cheers

Same problem here - try to enter 2640 ft for all cameras (it's half a mile), but when I view the POI's on my i3 they all have set distances according to the speed limit (or so it would seem).

Anyone help?

Si.

I've had the same problem and posted on other threads, no one seems to have the answer! Although this response from Garmin may be encouraging :-

'I have tried this with our units and it appears you are correct.
I have passed this information onto the relevant teams.
Keep an eye on our website for updated software.

Regards,

Tom'

See what happens!

ive set the speed you have to be travelling before a warning to -

o mph (im guessing this means it will give you a warning whatever speed you are driving at?)

and then entered distance for warning to -

500 ft

And im sure it has lessened the distance it now warns you of the camera.??? although this goes against what you have all said above so maybe mine IS still using the default distance warning and hasnt changed it?????
