Same here. I ordered from them on 20th July and am still waiting for delivery on 28th! By the way any phone queries have to go to USA - their 'European operation' in fact consists of a despatch warehouse in Spain, with no customer service facility. Soon I'll have spent more on phone calls chasing this order than the item itself cost! They also charged my credit card before the item was shipped. I notice they are being promoted quite heavily on PocketGPS, so perhaps their sham European Operation should be highlighted too. They do not appear to answer phone messages on their answering service. They did respond quickly to my emails and gave me a reduction to offset the cost of my phone calls. All very well and good but I still haven't received my order. Was siting their warehouse in Spain the best idea?

No reply yet to my emails (the US is still in bed), but I got an automated message saying my order has shipped and giving a link to track the package. But there isn't any tracking information on the link. It merely states that order has shipped (no date/time) and that shipping speed is 3 to 5 business days.
Seidio s Europe Direct Service
Seeing as it's already more than three business days since I placed the order, according to the above it should be here Wednesday at the latest.

Unfortunately I had the pleasure of ringing Seidio as well, due to order screw up - got the unenviable task of speaking to a dippy operator, who seemed more interested in London - as soon as she realised I was english, than in my order - after 10 minutes of getting nowhere, I bid my farewells and ended the call - not before the obligatory "You have a nice day now" - arrrgh!

If they're shipping from Europe to an end user in Europe, check out the EU Distance Selling Directive - some web searches should help you.
