hi guy's
got the upgrade to TT% mainly for the full postcodes and it doesn't work!!
I have read about the need for a dir called tomtom in the root directory but haven't got a clue where/how to do this
anyone else found a solution?

Try something like this.
Connect your PDA to you computer with using Microsoft ActiveSync
In the ActiveSync menu select File -> Explore
Double click on My Pocket PC
Double click on Storage Card
Then from thye menu File -> New Folder
Click on the new folder to highlight it then RIGHT click and select Re-name.
Name this new folder Tomtom.
Thats's it. On restarting TomTom5 you should now be able to get 7 digit postcodes. |

as previously mentioned it's a plam T3 ..so the pocketpc fix isn't applicable :-(

I have exactly the same problems on my Zodiac.
I have tried everything on here, but still no joy.
Seems like a problem with Palm devices. |

i have copied the contents of the zip file and pasted it in : Program Files/Navigator and now it seems to work fine |

i have copied the contents of the zip file and pasted it in : Program Files/Navigator and now it seems to work fine but you still need the empty TomTom folder on your SD card |
