|
|
Ive loaded TomTom Navigator and CheckPOInt 3.2 on my Dell Axim X5 and it works fine. Both programs are in the in built memory in program files, and the maps are on my 256mB SD card. No problems whatsoever.
Now Ive added a 512mB SD card and adde the maps to it it crashes, when I load Checkpoint with the following message:
Application
checkPOInt.exe has
performed an illegal
operation and will be shut
down. If the problem
persists, contact the
program vendor.
Program: CheckPOInt.exe
Exception: 0xc0000005
Address: 009292f0
Change back to the old card and its fine. Im kinda guessing its a linking problem with the map on the 512 card.
Any Ideas ??

Im running TT version 3
It works fine with my 256 SD but fails when I change to the 512 SD
All of the software is in the main memory. Its only the maps on the card and Ive tried reloading the maps

I think you said that the maps are now on the larger SD card and th eprograms (all of them arein memory).. I thought that the CheckPOInt was on the SD card, I'd re-install that first to see if that resolves it. _________________ iPhone5, TomTom, Google maps, Navfree, Viewranger and Apple Maps (ekk) |
