Hi,
I'm trying to download the saftey cameras to my Navman 510. I follow all the standard instructions and right at the last step a small screen will come up on the POI editor saying "No POIs found in input file".
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Cheers. |

Hi,
I have been banging my head against the wall for three days trying to follow the instructions given.......at last i have found out what to do by trial and error........
Open the file you wish to use in EXCEL, then replace "@" with "at", then delete the column which has "pocketworld 2005" in it. Finally copy and paste the remaining three columns into notepad and save the file. With your POI Editor on your desktop smart st v3 open the notepad file you have saved. On the first line now in your poi file attempt to modify it but do nothing but press ok.(for some reason if i dont do this it ends up saying "no pois in file") Now save to device and all should be ok! its worked for me even though it appears long winded. |

I had this once, it was because I opened the .csv file in excel and then saved it. You should open using 'open with' and use notepad and then save after putting the semi colan (;)at the start of the first line. |
