My unit is running on Android 6.0.1. I usually can not get any map to display on my phone, unless I am stationery. Then it sometimes shows the selected map.
What I get is_ Normal - Grey Screen (When stationery I can get light blue/grey background with off white roads, but no houses. Once in motion it reverts to blank screen)
Hybrid - Black Screen (When stationery this produces the google satellite map)
Terrain - A very light blue/green screen (Same as "Normal")
Open Street Map - Black (When stationery this produces a reasonable map with house locations)
Once I start to move all maps are not updated. No problem with voice alerts and the app is set to always show maps.
I have no problem with Google maps or the Waze map. _________________ Regards,

Do you have mobile data issues? It sounds like it's not able to pull the data for the maps once you're moving.

That's what I suspected, but the OP says he has no problems with Google maps, and they pull data via mobile data (don't they?). |
