When I have Cameralert running, with my Galaxy Note 2 connected via the bluetooth to the radio, if I take a phone call and it picks up a camera I lose all the volume on the call. a: How can I cure this? b: How can I quickly get the volume back to the bluetooth device an carry on with the call?
Thanks, Terry. |

How are you connecting the Bluetooth? A2DP or Headset profile? _________________ Lutz

Sorry, silly I know but I am not sure. It's a Kenwood AVH-3200BT. If I look on the phone at paired devices, Profiles, it says Call Audio? Any help? Sorry I did not pick this up sooner but you email notifier does not seem to work for me. Terry. |

Can you check the Audio route in the CamerAlert Advanced settings? Does it say "Default" or "BT Headset" ? _________________ Lutz

Both "Device speaker" and "BT headset" will mess with incoming calls as they both require taking over the phone audio. "Default" is the safest option . If you connect to the radio via A2DP then the sound will mix there. If you don't the sound will come out of the phone speaker. _________________ Lutz
