While travelling to London from the Midlands today I tried to check what the weather was like at my destination. A message appeared: PLEASE NOTE Your Live Services are still active but you can extend your services now for GBP 47.50 for one year. Do you want to do this? When I pressed NO it went back to the navigation screen. Several attempts at this ended in the same result. The same happens with Fuel prices and Google search. My HD traffic still works. My live services run out on 25/07/2012. Anybody else had this problem? _________________ TomTom Go premium |

Seems to be an issue with HD Services today. Another couple of threads with simalar questions. Mine won't log in and either shows the spinning icons or a yellow exclamation mark. |

I also had this a little while ago.
Are you on a monthly subscription?
When I looked at my Live services details, some of my services had an expiry date of about a year ago, others were correct.
The TomTom fix is to remove you from the monthly subscription, give you 3 months Live services for free, then make you pay yearly. This fix was quick and did work (once TomTom have replied to your query which took 3 days in my case).
I can't help feeling it's a deliberate ploy to get people off of the monthly subscription now that the price has come down as the transaction processing must be a significantly higher proportion of the income now.
[edit] OK, missed the 2012 expiry. not the same problem then. Exact same symptoms however - even the same services affected

I have exactly the same problem.
540, annual subs expire April, impossible to use google search since answering "no" to irritating advertising returns device to menu.
Not a great couple of weeks for TomTom, after breaking my live services completely with a buggy navcore update and losing all of my config on backing it out. |
