GO710 Data Missing..Please help

Hi,
Hope someone can help me. I have a GO710 and yesterday downloaded new map for Australia, version 645-2662. Seems like the map has been installed and updated, but my 'Favourites' are missing.
Have I done something wrong, and is it an easy fix?
Would really appreciate any help.

Hopefully you will have made a Backup of your Device BEFORE you Updated. Smile

Hope you meant version 845 and not 645...........

Yeah, you're quite right....it is 845.
645 would probably be as old as I am, and that wouldn't be pretty. Embarassed
