yeah, how is that done? I dont want it to fly away when I'm on the brakes. Is there any megnetic film that I can put on the dash board and a bit under the fortuna?

Try self adhesive velco. You can get it in different colours, one may match your dash! i have mine on the right hand side of the dash against the windsreen pillar and have no problem with reception.
one other tip if you use velcro put the soft part on the gps reciver, its better when you put it in your pocket 8O

Another option you may want to try is to attach it to the behind of the rear view mirror, if possible, again with velcro (although mine has dropped of once in the heat ) . Out of sight and it has a clear view of the sky.

personally what works for me is the bog standard small blob of Blu Tac - does the job fine, costs Rock all and the equipment is easily placed and removed when not in use

I leave mine in the clear case for the belt clip. The little button that sticks out to slide in to the belt clip fits perfectly into one of my defroster vents yet lifts straight out easly. I drive like a mad man and have never had it move. |
