I can connect the 920T to the Treo Pro (aka Palm 850) but it says the bluetooth connection can only make use of voice calls, no data. Has anyone found a way to get a data connection working? |

Is your Palm one of those units made by HTC running WM6 or WM5 - if so the Bluetooth DUN profile will be missing which the TomTom needs for a data connection - there is a cab file available to add the required mode to the PPC based devices from HTC but I am not to sure it will work on your device - Mike |

I believe it's HTC designed and it's running WM6. I thought it was something I was doing wrong, sounds more like something HTC/Palm have got wrong. I'll see if there's anything Palm have to say about it, thanks. |

This is a well known issue with WM5/ 6 - I will post a link to the cab file later today when I get back to the PC - searching using a phone is too difficult - its certainly worth trying the DUN CAB installer as it cures this issue with other HTC based phones I have used in the past - Mike |

Thanks for putting the link in Daqvid, just for confirmation, do you now have a data connection via the Palm to your 920? - Mike |

Yes, I have a working data connection. Deleted connection on both 920 and palm then reconnected. The tomtom told me it had a wireless data connection to the palm. Then I used the data connection to download the quickgpsfix. All worked ok. |
