TomTom Home Access problem

When trying to update my OneXL via Home I get the error message...

Error when contacting server: Forbidden

I've never had problems before or is it a problem with the Tom Tom site?

I have the same problem so its not just you and is probably a TT problem.

Most of the TomTom website is down as well by the looks.

same here cant connect using tomtom home but can logon to there website

Most websites close for maintenance after midnight not in the middle of the day. Well done TomTom.

Unless "Maintenance" is a euphamism for "broken down again"

i am having problems connecting to Tom Tom Home

it connects but then takes forever to load anything be it maps, voices etc

were talking 15min+ to load

it then never loads

surely that cant be right?

any ideas?

Believe it or not...when you get to the update screen, minimize the entire application to the task bar for a few minutes. More often than not, it does really speed up the updating screen with information.
