Not sure but the Pioneer NavGate AVIC-F900BT looks like it comes pre loaded with iGO. It is a double din unit but quite expensive.
Have a look HERE (opens in a new window). |

Halfords have a Double-DiN unit in store with iGo installed. May even be the Pioneer. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Pioneer is pricey.
Haldfords web site isn't bringing anything up that I can see.
I was thinking of these Chinese type things which can run windows mobile etc, then I could have tomtom etc too. |

Actually the Halfords unit I saw was a fold out type not Double-Din so bum steer, sorry and I can't locate it on their web-site either! definitely is available though as it was in two local branches very recently and well priced.
The Chinese units are OK, some better than others and all should be capable of running iGO so long as they are WinCE or WinMobile. The issue is support, you won't be sure it's all going to work until you try it, if it doesn't then it's too late. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Looking at the Chinese stuff, it seems the main difference is the software which controls/launches the radio etc. Some even advertise an igo demo. Does anyone know what this software is called, or a forum which might have more info? It would be nice if you could change the software/firmware if you ever have an issue. |
