Hi all, I am having real issues trying to load music (mp3) onto my SD card. All tracks are located in a folder called MP3, which can be accessed and played via a pc, but no joy at all when in the 920, tracks are not even recognised. I have tried adding tracks through TomTom home and even using a card reader. I try to use Mac as a first choice but have even treid MSoft. Am i missing something simple?javascript:emoticon('Embarassed')
Many thanks.

The folder has to be called 'mp3' (no quotes). Notice that it is all LOWER CASE. That may be the problem.

I thought the problem might have been simply solved then. Not that lucky, changed the folder name to mp3 from MP3, TT still not recognising any tracks.
What i have done is find a smaller SD card 2Gb loaded music on there and it works, so, either the 4Gb HCSD card is faulty or the HCSD reader is faulty.
Any way of checking as whatever piece i buy next as whatever one i get, no doubt be the wrong one!

SORTED!!

Seems like the HCSD card has to be formatted in MS-DOS style (even if you use a mac like me) Also as previously said the folder holding the music is called mp3 (all lower case).

All seems to be working properly now so , no new card or reader for me Yippee!

I know that many of us seem satisfied with the SanDisk Ultra II SDHC card for our x20 models--formatted as fat32, which is not to say there are not other reliable brands.
