Tom Tom Home and Maps

Have just bought new map from tom tom site. Followed instructions to download HOME but won't run so cannot download the map. Any ideas. Have tried zip form and tried reinstalling HOME still no go.

Any ideas what to do.

Seems to download ok and when I open the file it seems to install right as it asks if I want English and where to install it, but then when it has finished installing it will not run. The initial screen saying Home comes up but then stays static - eventually and error message appears.

Hi

Just got error message again - it says Xulrunner.exe failed with error O process failed to startup correctly.

If you google xulrunner.exe it comes up with others having the same problem. Can you try turning off Bluetooth.

Try using the Search facility in ths forum to look for other posts mentioning xulrunner. There are quite a few of them, one of which may provide the answer you're looking for.
