I have been looking for a set of ogg voice files with speeds in km/h, to go with the Europe speed camera database, for a TT 700. The format I am looking for is "Warning, Gatso ahead, 30 kilometers an hour", and so on, with Liz or Jane.
I have been using a set for the UK in mph that I think Mike Alder sent me, which have been excellent.
I have found a set on the Voice Alert Collections page called Text to Speech “Kate” Euro Camera Alerts (KPH), but somehow they just don't sound right. Is that the only set available, or are there others available elsewhere? Thanks

At the moment, the ones on the collections page are the only ones we have (and I don't know of any others at all).
You're never going to get 'Jane' as she is a voice artiste known only to TomTom themselves.
Any 'Real' voices depend on actually getting the person involved in a studio to make the warnings (usually as a favour!) and this was the case with Liz, who is a professional DJ.
When they were made, there were no European cameras to need km/h warnings!
Having said that, we MAY be able to get another voiceover session with Liz soon, and km/h values are on the list
Anyone with a sat nav with the relevant "computer" or "text to speech" voices can make voice alerts with those voices, but apart from being able to add pauses with punctuation marks etc. there's not a lot you can do to change the inflection, so I can't help with the 'Kate' issue. (for interest's sake, what is it that "just doesn't sound right"?).
I have been making a set of short warnings using the 720's 'Simon' voice and the 720 also has a version of 'Kate', but they are of lower quality than the 910 versions.
EDIT: I've just seen from another topic that you have a 920 (as well?). Why not make your own voice warnings using one of the TTS voices on there? If you need to port them over to the 700, I can give you some hints...
