TomTom shock

I have recently had to contact Tomtom about re-activating on my new PDA. I have read stories of problems and non reply on here and I was a bit surprised with the service I recived......

From the first phone call I recived a prompt reply, and the service just got better. They confirmed reciept of all my emails and scans (phone reciept,TomTom product card).

I am now back in business with a fully working version.

Thats a better result than I got from CoPilot when mine crashed on iPaq. I gave up and now have TTN5 installed and working just fine with my CoPilot GPS sleeve....And I now have Continental cover.
