Losing CheckPOInt Settings

At least once a week on the HP4700 the CheckPOInt setting keep being lost, doing all the right things with regards shutting down but this is becoming a pain.

Does anyone know when the setting data is stored so I can backup to SD then copy back when data is lost????

I now know of 2 other with the same problem as above with Checkpoint losing the setting.

Someone must have the answer. In the mean time I will keep up the search...
