I have tried copying and pasting file of bmp into speed camera file and then plugging my i3 in and uploading but to no avail. Please where am i going wrong.
My voice files are accurate ie, 1st exit on right etc but POI icons not there. |

There is a problem for Garmin users with the database on this website. MaFt has done a great job on fixing this but I can't understand why the moderators not using his files on the database page despite promising that they'd include Garmin with the new release. Look for (MaFt) posts and you'll find the link to his great database with the proper icons and extra POIs that are very useful.
Actually I found the link:

By the way where is MaFt? Haven't heard from him for a while although his files seem up to date. Hop all is well. |

Just downloaded file and uploaded to i3 but why do the icons not show when driving but if you set a navigation point and view map before starting journey icons appear then dissapear onbce journey commences.
Would have thought as you were driving along and say a mcdonalds was in the area then the sign would be visible in i3 ?
Any help please |

this was mentioned to garmin and apperntly their response was that ';the general consensus was that there would be too much clutter on the screen'
would be good to have an option in the poiloader for each set of poi's (i.e. each csv file) to have a tick-box for 'show on map during navigation' or something similar.
