Any news on either of the above products? There was a screen shot and press release during CeBit and GPS are offering it for £3-400ish but I haven't seen/heard anything since?
Cheers

According to Navman's European website, the PiN570 should be out in June, so 'very soon'. Read about it here. I guess that the new software will follow a bit later as a standalone item, but this assumption is only based on what Navman did with the PiN300/SmartST V3 for PPC release. _________________ Tim |

It should be interesting to see what features are actually appearing in SmartST 2005. The press release doesn't give any indicatations of any new features compared to V3, except maybe for newer map data.
If Navman is about to release SmartST 2005 as an improved (read bug fixed) version of SmartST V3 instead of providing service packs on their webb page, it's even more interesting to see what their upgrading policy will be to customers of SmartST V2/V3....
I hope I'm wrong here...

Had the Pin570 a couple of weeks and ahve used it in france - can't see any difference at all between V3 and v2005 unless I'm missing something! |
