XDA ii and multiple Bluetooth devices

Hi, Sorry this may be a basic question but I have tried and tried asking different sources including O2 but cannot get a definitive answer. I would like to purchase the TomTom Navigator Bluetooth for my XDA ii (ROM version 1.72.00WWE) but wonder if my current Sony Erricson Bluetooth headset (HBH-30) will work at the same time. Any answers gratefully received.
