As Above, i can't get a replacement fuse anywhere, I've tried halfords, Radio Shack, Maplins, and i've run out of ideas, can anybody help.

(The cig lighter in my car was faulty and i only plugged in navman socket because it has a light on it to show its working , but i fused it.)
